Write the question first. Collect from public sources, verify each finding with at least two independent sources, then record the source, URL and date for every item.

Document everything

Keep screenshots and archived copies, because pages change or disappear. Separate facts from your own inferences in your notes.

Legal and ethical limits

Stay with public data, respect each platform’s terms and data-protection law such as the GDPR. Do not use OSINT to stalk, harass or expose private people.
